Instant NDA is a document-automation tool. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. When you subscribe or make a one-time purchase, you provide payment details directly to Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

3. Plans and billing

Instant NDA offers several ways to pay:

• Single Use — a one-time purchase for a single NDA
• Subscriptions — recurring monthly plans (for example, Pro, Pro Unlimited, or Team) billed on a monthly cycle
• Enterprise and invoice billing — custom terms under a separate written agreement

Prices shown in the App or on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

If you have an active subscription, you can cancel at any time through Manage Billing in the App, which opens the Stripe customer portal.

• Cancellation stops future charges — you will not be billed again after the current billing period ends.
• You keep access to your subscription features through the end of your current billing period.
• We do not provide partial-month refunds for unused time on a subscription after cancellation, except where required by law or as described below.

5. What “executed” means

For refund purposes, an NDA is executed when both parties have signed and the final signed PDF has been generated and emailed to the parties. Once that happens, the NDA counts as delivered and used.

6. Refund policy

Refunds are not automated. All refund requests are reviewed manually. Email hello@instantnda.us with your account email and a brief description of your situation.

After an NDA is executed

We do not offer refunds once any NDA has been fully executed on your account. This applies to all plan types, including subscriptions and Single Use purchases. Executing an NDA delivers the core service you paid for.

Single Use purchases

For the Single Use plan, no refund is available after that NDA is executed. If you paid for a single NDA but have not completed an execution, contact us — we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Unused accounts (subscriptions)

If you subscribed but have not completed any NDA on the account, contact hello@instantnda.us within 7 days of your purchase. We may offer a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances. Requests received after 7 days, or after any NDA has been executed, are generally not eligible.

Enterprise and invoice customers

Billing, cancellation, and refunds for Enterprise or other invoice-based customers are governed by your written contract with us, not this page. Contact your account representative or hello@instantnda.us for contract-specific terms.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at hello@instantnda.us so we can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could affect your account access while the dispute is investigated.

8. Changes to pricing and terms

We may update plan prices or these billing terms from time to time. For subscriptions, price changes typically apply at your next renewal after reasonable notice. We will post updates at this URL and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
