Instant NDA is technology that helps two parties create and sign a mutual NDA. The claims on this page are things the product already does.
Create an NDAA timestamped record
The completed PDF includes a UTC signed-at time and a reference number. Session timestamps are listed in the privacy policy as part of the audit trail.
Both parties receive the PDF
When signing finishes, each party is emailed the completed document. A copy is also stored in in-app history for the signed-in host.
Card data stays with Stripe
Checkout and subscription changes run through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal. Instant NDA does not store full card numbers.
Transmitted over HTTPS
The marketing site and the signing app are served over HTTPS. Vercel responses include HSTS.
Camera is for the join code
On native apps, the camera permission is described as scanning the QR code so the other party can join the session.
